ADCAP for FAMILIES is a community based programme offering support to any family member whose life is being affected by someone with a drug or alcohol problem.

We will help you;

• Understand addiction and how it impacts on the whole family unit.
• Learn to cope with emotions such as anger and anxiety.
• Develop an understanding of relationships and family responsibilities.
• Come to terms with feelings of guilt and uncertainty.
• Learn to relax and take time out for yourself.
• Meet people in a similar situation and build friendship and a network that supports you and them.
